This is a draft. The terms that will govern using Qarc are being written, and nothing below is a contract until they replace it.
The service
Qarc publishes a venue's menu as a web page a guest reaches by scanning a code, and gives the venue a console to edit it. A venue is billed per venue per month.
Your content
A menu belongs to the venue that wrote it. It can be exported in full at any time, and there is no clause that keeps it here.
Ending it
A venue can stop at the end of a billing period. We would rather be told why.
