No. Every venue is set up by a person, and that is the part that makes it work. Talk to us and we'll show you your own menu in the template before you commit.
Yes — twelve months. A plan is paid up front at the yearly rate and runs for the year. There is no monthly plan: pricing a venue by the month meant pricing it twice, and nobody who sets up a venue with us wanted the shorter one.
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
