The menu on every table. Always right.
Guests scan, browse and order from their own phone. You change a price at 7am and every table sees it at 7:01.
- Order from the table. Guests browse and send the order themselves, at their own pace.
- Faster service on a full floor. The menu is open before a server could reach the table.
- Edit anything, instantly. Price, photo, sold-out — one tap and every phone updates.
We set every venue up personally — tell us what you run and we'll take it from there.
What changes on the floor.
Six things owners notice in the first month.
Guests type their own order
No mishearing “oat, no sugar” across a loud room. What they tap is what the kitchen sees.
The upsell that never forgets
Add-ons and pairings sit next to the item, every time, without anyone having to remember.
Nobody waits to be noticed
Tables order when they’re ready. Your team moves food instead of taking dictation.
Print once, change forever
The QR never changes. Everything behind it does.
38, switched by the guest
Tourists order without pointing at a photo.
You find out what sells
The cortado outsells the latte 3:1. Now you can act on it.
We built it behind a counter.
Qarc started in a Kreuzberg café, three days after the fourth menu reprint of the month.

Tell us about your venue
We look at what you serve and set the menu up with you — or you paste a PDF and we pull the items out.
We build your menu in the template
One layout, tuned on real floors. We pour your categories, items, prices and dietary tags into it and you approve it.
Print your codes
One per table, or one for the window. Stickers, table tents, inserts — your dashboard generates them all.
Guests scan and order
They browse, filter for what they can eat, and send the order from where they are sitting.
Cardamom bun
No save button, no publish step. That's the whole editor.
Eight places a code earns its keep.
Table sticker
The easiest one. Corner of every table, done in an hour.
Table tent
A printed stand — your logo, the table number, the code.
Tabletop insert
Slots into the stand you already own. Survives spills.
Paper menu
Print the code on the menu you already hand out.
Flyer
Guests find you again from the bottom of a tote bag.
Window sticker
Passers-by read the whole menu before they commit.
Packaging label
On the takeaway cup. Reorder from the sofa.
Sandwich board
Outside, at eye level, in the rain. It still scans.
“We used to reprint every time oat milk went up. Now it’s a number in a box. I changed it while the milk guy was still unloading.”
We set it up with you.
No sign-up form and no trial. You tell us what you run, we build the first menu with you.
- A call, not a form. Twenty minutes about your venue and your menu.
- We build the first menu. Send a PDF or a photo — you approve it, we publish it.
- Codes printed and posted. Stickers and table tents arrive ready to place.
- Support seven days. Chat and email, including Saturday mornings.
- Your menu stays yours. Export it and leave whenever you like.
The questions we actually get.
What does it cost?
€55 per venue per month, or €28 when billed yearly, never a percentage of your sales. Every plan and feature is on the pricing page
Do guests need to download anything?
No. The code opens a web page in whatever browser is already on the phone. Nothing to install, nothing to accept.
Can I keep my printed menus?
Yes, and most venues run both for a month. Then they quietly stop reprinting.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. We build the first menu with you, and the printed codes arrive the same week.
What if the internet goes down?
The menu is a web page guests load on their own connection, so a venue outage does not take the menu with it.
Can I export my menu?
Any time, in full. Your menu is yours — there is no lock-in clause.
